Returns, Exchange, and Refund Policy

We want every customer to love their VYAVI purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll try to resolve it fairly and quickly.

1. Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • After 5 days, requests may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return:

  • product must be unused/unworn.
  • original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • invoice/order proof must be available.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • items showing signs of wear, tampering, or use (including hygiene-sensitive products such as earrings).
  • items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • items returned without original packaging/tags.
  • products marked as “Final Sale / No Return” (if applicable).
  • customised/personalised items (if applicable).

4. Damaged / Wrong Product / Missing Items

If you receive:

  • wrong product,
  • broken/damaged item,
  • missing product in the order,

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share:

  • unboxing video
  • photos of packaging and product

5. Return Process

Step 1: Raise a request via phone or email.

Step 2: If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged.

Step 3: Product is received and inspected at our end.

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

7. Refund Policy

Once return is approved and received:

  • refunds are processed to original payment method
  • timeline: 7–10 business days (bank processing time may vary)

For COD orders:

  • refunds may be provided via bank transfer/UPI (details will be requested only after verification)


Important: Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation allowed within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • Request cancellation at: hello@vyavi.com 

If cancelled before dispatch

  • full refund (for prepaid)


If cancelled after dispatch

  • refund after deduction of:
  • forward shipping cost,
  • RTO charges (return-to-origin), where applicable.
  • These charges are as per courier partner rates and are non-recoverable.

Final decision will be based on product inspection and policy eligibility.
